What is Hatha Yoga?


Hatha Yoga, an umbrella term for the physical aspect of yoga, is a practice of moving the body in very specific ways.  Many thousands of years old, yoga was traditionally passed from sage to student as a way of uniting the mind, body, and spirit.  Yoga practice offers a myriad of physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual benefits.
