Classes ~ Open to all levels Gain core strength and flexibility as you learn basic yoga
postures, correct alignment, and work with breath awareness. Small classes allow for a full understanding of yoga ~
from the postures to the time-honored traditions. Wednesdays
6:30-7:45pm* with Andrea NEW CLASS! Begins March
30th  This class offers something for everyone; the beginner will gain
confidence and the practiced will find something new as we explore the breath, the postures, and yoga theory Thursdays 7-8:30pm* with Kerri Feb 11th-Mar 25th 2010 April 1st-May 13th 2010 Please note: there is an optional 15
minute meditation following this class (8:30-8:45) *$70 for each 7 wk series $12 drop-in (please call for drop-in
availability) Discounts available to students and those registering for multiple classes \Restorative Yoga 1st
and 3rd Sundays 7:00-8:00pm through March 21st
~ this class will be offered weekly on Mondays beginning March 29th (see below) Drop
in any 1st or 3rd Sunday $10 per class: with purchase of $60 - 6 class card  NEW
